Everyday we came across people of different shades of opinion. Unhealthy criticism of their activities is likely to result in humiliation. Healthy, well-informed, balance criticism is essential in private or public life. We should encourage honest criticism and have much public discussion of our problem.
Generally youth are sensitive to criticism and we should not forget this while judging the worthiness of their activities. The best way to manage youth or even children is to look at their performance from their own point of view before drawing into conclusion on its merit.
To give opinion, to bring out defects, to prove the wrong, to suggest remedies, these are true aims of healthy criticism.
Be kind and considerate with your criticism... It's just as hard to write a bad book as it is to write a good book.
